Ip camera issue

Iv installed hikvision nvr and 10 ip cameras
Im having problem with 1 camera. Cat6 run is about 50 metres and the nvr its not detectin the camera.
Checked cable with a cheapie tester all ok. Removed camera checked with a patch cable all ok. Replaced cat6 cable still not detectin.
On the back of the nvr all orange and yellow data lights are flashing in sequence fast but the culprit cameras lights are flashing slowly which i assume the data is not flowing as fast.

Can any of you pros shed some light on this

Could be power issue over 50 metres

Is ther a signal booster for cat6?

Update::

Fault with the camera. For some strange reasin it wasnt transmitting data fast enough.

Replaced camera all gud
