Hi guys could some help how to set up this model to view over internet outside, I have a different model which is done by hid, but I can't see how to do this on this one

12 this has being working over two years but he not used internet

hi there yes it is, my set up at home is uid, don't see this option on his system, got it to work on via wifi but it outside he wants
I set a similar unit up a while back and it was a pain, I think this is how I eventually did it:
If you have and you have a roaming IP internet address use the facility on the Swann website to setup a username which is then updated by your recorder so you can access it without knowing the external IP address. It will look like yourname.swanndvr.net
You then enter yourname.swanndvr.net into the recorder. I think you also need a static LAN IP address setup in your recorder so it is always in he same place on your local network.
Then you need to setup port forwarding in your router for ports 9000 and 18004 to that LAN IP address. (these were the numbers on the one I did, yours may differ)
If you are using a windows laptop load the swann view software, enter the info above , port 9000, your dvr username and password.
Iphone/ipad use swannview app, similar to above but port 18004
