i have just taken over a business and have the swann cctv fitted model dvr4-1160 .i tried to rewind it as i had some trouble the other day and when i press the menu button nothing happens ,the remote we have is broken so i dont know what to do it has 4 cameras and on the screen its recording but i want to access the main menu any ideas thanks ,i cant even enter a password as we dont have it the makers say the number is 11111 but we cant even enter the menu to put any numbers in
