swap light 1gang 2way rocker switch for door activated micro

Hi

Im looking to swap the current standard 1 gang 2 way switch that switches the light in the cupboard under my stairs for a switch that will switch the light on when I open the door & off when I close the door.

I thought what I was looking for was called a micro switch but I dont seem to be able to find any where that sells one (tried screwfix maplins etc).

So firstly, am I looking for the right thing or is it callled something different & secondly, anyone know where I can get one from?

This is all assuming that i can use a switch like this on a 240V standard light circuit!

Any help or advice would be greatly received!
