am i right in thinking that any one can swap out a water pump, socket, immersion heater ect, as this isnt even a minor work.

I have just taken the defined scope part p & i am just waiting for my bpec id thingy to come

Any disturbance of electrical connections requires the completion of a minor works cert.

But usually, straight swaps are not notifiable in terms of Part P.
