Guys looking for a wee bit of advice, at a Swiftflow today took a Telegan and got 0.0124 after doing the following, cleaned heat exchanger, inspected burner for cracks, Burner pressures set up correctly, inner flue appears ok, fan running fine. Been working on these boilers for years and never had this problem, going back Monday with a new burner. Anybody had probs b4 with these??

Sounds like you've covered most things. I'd check the burner pressure AND the gas rate just to negate the Gas train. Is the flame pic ok? with most cases I find spiders webs in the air intake part of the flue cause this a lot, cover off and vacuum. Also found that whee the fan enters the flue it is possible that the gasket is not in correctly or has perished, try some silicon sealant first. If combustion case seal is not secure, high readings can be found. Interested to know the outcome m8.
Good luck

New burner fitted and emissions are perfect from it now. Strange one the old burner appears fine. Oh well Job done so who cares
