can someone please explain the difference between a switched fuse and a fused switch preferably with diagrams if possible thankyou.

A Switch Fuse is where the fuse is alongside the switching mechanism.
A Fuse-Switch is where the fuse(s) are mounted on the switching mechanism itself, usually by some sort of bolted connection.
