Switchmaster 350

Hi I am hoping someone can help me, I have a floor standing ideal boiler which is run from a switchmaster 350. This is has been running fine for ages without any problems but as of yesterday when i switch the timer on it doesn't do anything.Normally you can hear the noise of the timer turning but now there is no noise.

Any Ideas on how I can isolate the problem, I noticed that the switcher is run from a fused spur this seems to be ok I replaced the fuse and still it didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there anyway I can set the heating and water manually whilst I try to get a fix for the timer.
