SxS freezing fresh food help!!

I have a FRS26R2AWA, I've replaced the Condenser fan motor, The ADC board, and now the defrost thermostat. However the fridge still freezes all my food in my fresh food section. I mean, I think besides cycling off for defrost cycles I don't think this fridge will ever stop cooling. It's unresponsive to the temp control dial, unless I set it to 0..then it turns off.

Any ideas? I'm stuck! please help!
