T&G Chipboard Flooring Filler?

Hi
Just laid my flooring up in my loft (chipboard t&g) and i have the inevitable gaps in various places. Is there a filler that can be bought to fill in these types of gaps?

the 1 or 2mm gaps should be filled by the glue you used

how big are the gaps and what caused them!!
