Hi,
first post. I've got a shower to put in on a mains pressure system which involves a longish awkward run through a crawl space. I want to use copper, but it is going to be almost impossible to make any joints in the run. Can I use table Y annealed copper tube to avoid joins? Is this OK on mains pressure?
Also, the water heating is an unvented system, so I know I can't work on the cylinder/safety valves etc, but I assume I can still add the shower supply teeing into the existing hot and balanced cold pipework myself.
