Taken up tiles and half the concrete floor with it

Hi all

I have removed a floor of tiles and a large amount of the screed has come up with the tile and adhesive.

In some areas it is 4-5 cm deep and in others just 1 or 2 cm - the DPM can't be seen.

Should I just mix another 3:1 screed and fill it over? Am worried how effective this will be on the 1-2cm bits and whether it will bond effectviely.

I would screed the whole floor,2cm should be plenty for it to bond to,give it a good clean first to get rid of any dust though
