Hi All
Had a quote to tank a bathroom/shower wall. Approx 7m sq for £650+vat. Any ideas if thats a resonable price, its south east area.
Thanks
Their recommendations::
• Using a powered chippin/bush hammer,
remove all traces of tile grout and loose
surfaces from the walls as shown
• Clean the solid concrete floor/ removing
the shower tray setting it aside for re-
fixing by the clients
SURVEY REPORT
• Apply and sbr bonding agent to the walls
and floor
• Brush or spray apply two coats of TT55
tanking slurry to the walls full height
• Brush or spray two coats to the solid
section of flooring, overlapping the walls
by no less than 300mm
• At only 3 mm thick the tanking system
will stop all forms of water penetration
and offer long term protection for the
internal walls.

the new tiles do not d-bond due to
dampness in the future.
• Once fully cured the membrane will last
no less than 50 yars unless damaged or
accidental removed
