tap pressure

i have just replaced my kitchen taps the pressure in the hot tap is poor it was fine before the only difference is i put the new taps in with flexi pipes the other taps in the house are fine i have a tank in a cupboard and a back boiler for my gas heating and hot water any help would be great

1. Your new hot tap may be designed for high-pressure supply (such as from a Combi boiler). There may be a removable restrictor fitted. Read the box or fitting instructions.
2. You may have fitted 'internally mixing' taps that require equal pressure from both hot & cold supply.
3. There may be instructions such as 'suitable for pressures 1-5bar. 1bar pressure requires a cold tank to be 10 metres above the tap. The cold tank height is what forces your hot water out of the hot tank.
4. The flexi tube may have an integral isolating valve that is not in the fully-open position.

thanks for the advice unfortunatly i don't have the box any more i bought the taps from a plumber who got them from a wholesaler so i cant remember if it had anything on the box it looks like i might have to buy another set
