Bathroom basin tap shown below has started to drip and I would like to know how to access the tap washer if indeed there is one. Can someone please enlighten me please?

Remove the red/blue disk and there will be a fixing there to let you remove the tap head. It will be a cartridge though, not a washer.

Thanks for the quick reply. When and if I can access the cartridge how do I stop the drip? Do I adjust something or is it a case of replacing the cartridge? And if so are the universal or does the replacement depend on the tap brand?
