tefal quick cup 8)
ive just bought one of these quick tea making things.

it is brilliant, it would be spot on for small site work.
no hanging around for the kettle.

#ps, i dont work for tefal, i just think the outlay will be covered by time saved..
have a look...

hope this is ok mods

These do not boil the water so are no good for tea.

The cup takes a long time to fill and so the drink must be drunk more or less as soon as the cup is ful.

There is a cost to replace the filter.

It is no quicker than boiling a cup full of water in a kettle

yours must be faulty woody
mine certainly boils the water and is much faster than any kettle
20 secs to fill a mug and the action agitates the tea bag.

there is a filter but thats really meant for the cold option and you dont have to use it. i wont replace mine.

i can remember when freezers came in and we made ribena lollies. microwaves too
i put this tea-maker on a par with those two things for a big step forward in convienience.
i dont care about gadgets, music players, DVDs or big tele's but i do like a cup of tea :)

(im sad enough to check the temperature now , you have put some doubt in my mind  )
