telford tristor tsc 150

my brother has the above cylinder in his flat which has stopped producing hot water.
it was installed in sept 05 with the usual twin elements, low for heat and upper for daytime boost iirc. its all electric flat
can anyone offer any advice about which area to check when i go there.

Seems odd if both elements aren't working and not a drop of warm or hot water is being produced. Is it/they on a timer of some sort?

it is but the daytime boost doesnt work either. mcb has not cut out so ill have a look at bridging out programmer after basic electrical checks, and take it from there.call telford when im at the flat, from what ive read its at the age where it can cause problems
