We have a leak in this spot after someone steam cleaned the conservatory roof. Is there anything it can seal this with from the inside until I can access it from the outside? It's happened on the exact same spot on the two spindle opener panels (one each side). All of the other panels without openers and this little corner gap appear fine and water tight.
Seems to be leaking from the permeable membrane seen through this crack - What could I seal this with temporarily if appropriate?
Same on the other side following 'someone' steam cleaning.

Neighbours have some sort of brush/excluder to repel water from panels? What are these called and are they worth installing?
