Temperature of domestic hot water

Can any of you help me? My central heating combi boiler ignites okay but the temperature of the water takes ages to come through.

I am about ten meters away from the boiler. When I run a bath and I have turned the boiler valve to maximum. The water is only just above warm. Can anyone help?

If you slow the flow down does it get hotter ?

Hanging on the wall

No use to man nor beast

Funnily enough I`m about 10 metres away from mine ...but mine works fine
