Sorry cannot find the diagram right now but..................

The diagram shows a Dual RCD board with a temp. link between phase and Neutral at the main Isolator.

The probes then appear to be placed on the Neutral bar and the earth bar.

Has anyone used this method? It didn't appear very clear to me.

I think the diagram was from Megger

Can anyone throw some light on this or give a detailed explanation.

If I recall correctly the RCD's were both off
