Hopefully someone can assist my with my quest for a replacement terminal guard.

It's for an oil burner & the flue is 5" diameter & protrudes from the wall 7.5" (125mm x 195mm). The current square guards I've used just don't last as they quickly rust through so I'm looking for a stainless or plastic covered replacement. I understand that there should be clearance of 2" all around so a square guard would be 9"w x 9"h x 10"d or a circular 9" diameter & 10" deep.

The problem I'm encountering is that many of the online suppliers seem to assume that anyone purchasing a terminal guard is fully familiar with them in the first place & publish very little detail. Sometimes only one dimension! Some provide dimensions for the wall side & some for the narrow end of those that taper & some leave you to guess.

So boiler installers/maintainers, please point me in the right direction. Is plastic coating suitable? They seem to be recommended for combis which ours isn't but no idea if that's relevant.
