Tesla sales crash

it is handy being given so much power to do what you like in the USA govt..............here is Musk giving himself a fat old contract:

As DOGE slashes budgets, FAA close to canceling $2.4b contract with Verizon and giving it to Musk’s Starlink

Did you miss the contracts that musk companies have been getting for well over a decade . I wonder if star link got the contract by proving they could do something that nasa couldn't and bring home the stranded astronauts

So what are tesla s massive ones you must be able to give me an actual figure
Why? They are all at it, not just the Chinese, which is the point you are failing to grasp.

The EU disagrees with you.

They seem to think that BYD (and 2 other Chinese firms) are special.

A UK-based bellend is frustrated he cannot advertise his credentials as his area’s leading arsehole by driving a Tesla Cybertruck.

Oliver O’Connor, aged 35, believes he would achieve his aim of being the most widely-detested ****** in Loughborough if only he could import the angular £73,000 vehicle.

He said: “Justin Bieber’s got one. Pharrell Williams. The top US ****s wouldn’t be seen in anything else.

“But even though I make six figures a year from predatory capitalism, I can’t have one because they’re not road-legal for being so big and heavy and sharp-edged they’d kill anyone I collided with. Way to make it even more attractive, guys!

“Despite being one of Leicestershire’s leading knobheads, there’s a limit to how many people I can **** off in person. Ashamed to say there are pubs where they don’t even say ‘oh f**k, it’s him’ when I enter.

“By driving the Cybertruck I’d be broadcasting my innate unpleasantness to so many more. They’d talk about me in disparaging tones as far away as Birmingham.

“But instead, because of stupid laws, I’m just one more prick in a BMW.”

Gas didn't imply that BYD were cheaper than Tesla due to subsidies and neither did he say there was no assistance.

Model for model, they don't compare, because they are spec'd differently.
In China the Sealion 7 starts at 190,000 and tops out at 240,000. The Y starts at 260,000 and tops out at 300,000.

That's not 3%, the Tesla is 1/3 more expensive and the features you get are very similar. Except for the drones, Tesla don't have integrated drones.

Right now BYD are very expensive in the UK compared to the rest of the world. Probably in part because they're building out their supply chain here and don't want to try to shift volume, so they're going for higher margin.

I think I could manage without!
Says a man who doesn't feel the need to capture the most boring footage ever as you drive to the shops to get milk. Live the dream, you too can go on Insta.

It's rumoured Musk is quoting his DOGE role.

The story is confirmed by Musk denying it. Trump needs an unpopular scapegoat he can blame for the effects of his lunatic actions.

Musk is the current fall guy.

Elon Musk has rubbished claims that his role in the Trump administration is coming to a premature end, after the billionaire’s unpopularity was seized upon by Democrats to clinch a crucial state supreme court race.

In a post on X, he decried as “fake news” a report by Politico, which said Trump had told confidants he expected Musk to leave as head of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (Doge) within weeks"
