Do you consider a 57% gain in a year a good investment ?
and the euro 300 did... over the same period. Inflation busting... oh wait...

Since you ask, if you'd bought it on most dates at or since the 2021 peak, you wouldn't be very pleased now. You'd be wishing you'd sold it in December. Or never bought it.

But you didn't buy it.

So you're not sincere.

So you're not sincere.
Why would you think that ? some shares are long term investment for divi yields as well as growth . Learn how the markets work you might make some money .

Why would you think that ?

Because you have (after the event) said what you think would have been a good investment.

Any fool can tip winners after the race.

If you were sincere, you would have bought when you thought they were a good buy, and sold when you thought they were a good sell.

But you didn't.

oh deary deary me i actually said before the event do try and keep up
Now why would i have to buy because i thought they were a good investment. I have money tied up in several very good investments that pay me handsomely .

Do you consider a 57% gain in a year a good investment ?

In the last 52 weeks, only three of my investments had similar gains Most did worse. Some are down. This does not worry me. Anybody can have a bad year or a good year here or there.

Yep that pic is total proof of what you own and when you bought them and how much
And a 61 % gain on 100 quid is not life changing

I don't need to prove anything to you. Why should you care? What difference does it make to me?

I have occasionally offered to prove my statements by offering a substantial cash wager, to be paid to a charity of the winner's choice.

Nobody has ever taken me up on it.
