Perhaps someone can help. Probably being thick, but anyway.....
4mm SWA from MK split load CU, connected via 32A MCB on non RCD side.
SWA teminates in a mini MK CU fitted with a 63A main CB with RCD protection, in the log cabin.
32A MCB for ring.
6A MCB for lights.
Obviously, from the CU in the log cabin, I carry out tests as per house.
My question is, how do I test the SWA and how would I write the results down on the EIC?
I'm testing with a Megger 1552.
Thanks

Wouldn't you treat the outgoing SWA as a circuit on the house CU, describe its function on the schedule as "Log Cabin" or similar, and record all the details (over-current device, size, test results etc) for the SWA cable, and then have a separate schedule sheet for the circuits within the cabin?

Thanks Ban.
Thought I was being thick!
It's strange sometimes how you just can't see the wood for the trees !!
Cheers
