They are not even that - there's exposed live conductors there (remember the neutral is a live conductor)

Or is the covers off for the testing? If they are meant to be suitable for submersion then they need to be IPx8
Covers are off of them and they are mounted upside down so the angled outlet will face up as opposed to down by the looks of it. hence the reason why the abb isolator is upside down in the panel. Definitekey are not suitable for that location.
Sorry widdler but i beg to differ with you, they ARE upside down unless they are below those adaptable boxes and you have managed to photograph water defying gravity . ALL MK switched commando sockets have the switch on the right and the socket on the left. See this link
I can see why they have done it that way to make it look the right way up from above, but from a moisture point of view they should be mounted with the angled socket facing downwards to allow water to run off not into the socket.
