Had a quick look to find any threads on this forum but could not find any.
Recently upgraded to Texecom V2 app on my Android phone but for whatever reason I cannot enable fingerprint or Face ID to unlock and login the app, does anyone know why this is or how to get it working?
I tried on iPhone and it works fine with Face ID.
Also I do not get push notifications on the Android phone when the alarm is activated or the app is accessed where I some what did in V1 (but that did stop working afterwards) I do however get email notifications. I do get notification if I have the app open on my screen but that defeats the purpose of having push notifications. Is this normal behavior of the app?
