Have Tex Premier Elite with COM-IP and finding the app service totally unreliable and missing some set unset events. What comeback do I have against the installer, as the service is not doing what I paid for? Should he replace at his cost?

No .....nothing to do with the installer at all ! Think Texecom has an issue with this service .... Did you ask for " an alarm controlled by your smart phone ? "
