We took over a premier elite recently and the customer insisted we installed the app. After much head scratching app worked fine and push sms also appeared to work. However soon after exiting engineers I had a com fault. Sms and app still worked fine. Ultimately the only solution was to disable com monitoring. Have I missed something?

probably not, you need to set the dial attempts to 8 and 20 minute com delay all documented on Texecom website, I have found version 3 panels seem to be more reliable, texecom are to release new firmware soon that alledgedly fixs this once and for all, but no release date has been confirmed

Yes I have configured router. The redial and comms delay looks like the answer. Thanks.
Panel is version 2 so makes sense.
