Texecom premier elite 64 and Wintex

Hi,
I’ve had this alarm installed now for a couple of years, I’ve gone to use Wintex today and all day it won’t connect to the panel, get a message saying

connection with control panel could not be established, please check settings and try again.

I haven’t changed any setting since last using Wintex, so I’m at a loss to what could be wrong. I have tried creating a new account and still get the same message

I have the Texecom app which is working fine.

Any help on where to look would be much appreciated?

You need the latest version of Wintex if you are connecting to the panel through the cloud. Texecom have recently changed the security certificate which prevents older versions of Wintex from connecting.
