Cant help you there as I don't know anything more than whats on the website. Looks like the hub will connect (through Com IP or Com Wifi) with your local network and then allow two way comms to a new app. Seems like you can set up a daily calendar to turn on lights if system is armed and its dark outside, switch remote cameras on at predetermined times and/or events etc. In fact it looks as if you can configure it to do almost anything.... I like the idea of being able to record to a micro SD card and/or onto a cloud based storage. At this stage it sounds very flexible - however I cant see any timescales as to when this stuff will be available.
