I have a ricochet door contact that says in Supervision Fault, how do i reset this after solving the issue i had (Loose sensor not making contact) ?

Will I have to put the control panel into a "Commission Mode" and set up every contact sensor again or maybe in wintex just delete the zone #10 ( the one at fault) and then add a relearn just that one?

supervision fault means the device isn't communicating back.

common causes are flat battery, interference of some kind.

given what you are saying possibly premature flat battery, but difficult to be certain

the question is can you see it in ricochet monitor?

Removed battery, replaced contact flashing red now i see it as a tamper fault

Why does ricochet monitor not show battery as low?

its difficult say without knowing the history and looking at the logs as to whats gone on.

you should have got a low bat warning.

how old is the device?

Had a new battery within last 12 mths, normally I have received a low battery but not this time.
