Hi All,

want to add a new pir to my system but don’t have the engineer code.

before I ask my engineer to come out and default the code for me, is there a way of resetting it without defaulting the whole panel?

feel competent enough to learn new devices etc

If control panel engineer locked , then no you will need the engineer.
Plenty of posts on here how to default a Texecom premier.

you will need an engineers code to add onto a spare zone as it needs programming up.

and if I don’t have that, is my only option defaulting and resetting the whole panel and building it up from scratch again?

if you cant get an engineers code, then you will need a new panel.
