Hi

I removed my wireless keypad for decorating and for a while it was sat on the side, one of the kids knocked it off and the batteries came loose, put them back in but it just says no ricochet network found.

I don’t have the engineer cable that came with it anymore and I’ve put a hard wired keypad in but that won’t show me any wireless devices, zone setup shows ‘not used’ for all zones.

mid I try to learn ricochet device it says all devices learned.

Any ideas?

what address did you set the hard wired keypad to?
what is the address of the wireless keypad? (don't change the address of the wireless keypad)
