Back to this after a break ,installed a new smartcom as apparently the old ones firmware was not updateable , got connection to the cloud at last now and trying to set up texecom connect on the phone , I Get as far as sign in then enter app code ,installer ID and site, panel code , I get sign up success then no panels available you must register a panel first. Any ideas what I've done wrong now thanks
