If I was a very bad man-manager, then I suppose I might have problems with bad labour relations and dealing with staff. Like you seem to. I don't understand why you seem proud of it.

By your refusal to answer I'll just assume you don't give a damn about workers safety whilst on site. If you'd been on the last course I was on you'd have had it drilled into you.
