important things like, do we want the country to be ruled by a notorious dishonest, deceitful liar, who lies to the country, to Parliament, to the Queen, and to other countries that he agrees a binding treaty with.

Do we trust that sort of man to tell the nation the truth about the dangers of infection and the steps that must be taken to combat it?

Do we expect our leaders to respect the laws they lay down for the rest of us?

if a notorious liar says "twenty minutes" do we have any reason to suppose it is true?
