I suppose that logically it should be next to the name of the person you wish to ignore.

I'd suggest a particularly big button next to Joe's name!

Indeed. He's been noticeable by his absence recently. I wonder what he's up to now. I reckon he's been mouthing off to a copper, has been invited in for questioning and has been arguing the toss for the past few days.
