I've just spent near on a month in a isolated hospital room. If we're offered 10 grand I would not spend 17 days in another one. View or no view....

I'm not scared of 'taking it'. I prefer to weigh up the risks and when presented with solid evidence will make a choice...

It can never ever be proven to be safe, it can only be proven to be unsafe. 15 to 20 million people in the UK have already had it, without serious issues shorter term. Longer term, is something which has to be waited for, there is no short cut in time, but what point is there in waiting 10 or 20 years with the attendant risk of covid hanging over you, to find out?
You are scared of having it, it is the only answer - it's only a little prick and if you ask - I am sure they will give you a sweetie afterwards.

The "no fault" compensation scheme to replace civil actions is very common, in respect of vaccine research. it is not limited to CV.
My concern over the deliberate infection in return for £4.5K is that it is likely to be the poorer end of society that is willing to take the "risk". But, then, I hold the same view concerning the national Lottery, and especially Scratch Cards.
