Thermolite Blocks

I am going to block up a doorway internally and externally, can I use thermolite blocks as the outside is getting rendered once blocked up.

Thanks Joe are they more expensive than thermolites and how are they different?

They are around the same price but just a little bit tougher. I prefer them.
