Thermostat control module - PB130-230 POWER BASE UNIT

Could someone please show/tell me the best way to install this:-

The module will be about 1.5m high on the wall above a plug socket... I will need to channel down the wall for the floor sensor wire to be placed in between the wires of my heated UNDERFLOOR mat.
Just really need advise on proper (layman terms) best way to install!

Will get it safety checked once I've finished.
