Thermostat question

Hi Im new here, wonder if anyone could help?

We have two new rads installed in our new conservatory, it isnt finished yet and didnt want to use the rads whilst its empty, they have suddenly come on tho!
On the thermostat there is no 0 setting just the frost thingy and numbers up too 5, how do I turn them off completely?

They are Westherm thermostats.

Leave them set on their frost protection setting - they are doing their job and preventing a freeze-up.

use the lockshield (valve at other end)
