This may sound like a really stupid question, but please bear with me...
I've just taken delivery of a new range cooker. In the instruction manual it states that there will be a 13A plug connected to it, but there isn't - the (thick) cable's there, but it just ends without a plug.
I have attempted to wire it to several plugs, but the 3 individual cables (L,N,E) are so thick that I simply cannot get them to fit into any of them and still get the cover back on. I've tried and tried and it just won't go! Is there any sort of plug one can obtain that has a bit more space inside of it for this type of application? If not, any idea how I can make them fit?!
Many thanks from a newbie
