Thanks is there a way of installing a TPRV on that?

As per my pic - is there still a place to fit one @ that location on the cylinder, one pic has it fitted, other don't

As @dilalio mentions though - if you go through the MI, there is no way to know what would be fitted - there is no TPRV in the website spares - so was there one originally and they've changed the design as they can be expensive.

Mine too - Just see that one of the big sheds is advertising it too. Still don't know who installed this, was it notified etc or was it 'just' installed?

Beats me why this type of regulated product is allowed to be sold to Joe in the UK

Oh and I wonder if Reliance know they are using a photoshopped pic of their PRV See where the 6bar has been altered (badly) to 3.5bar

Its taking an awfully long time to sort out this difficulty - I think it will be an expensive and perhaps prolonged repair. I think I have the solution but I dont want to step on anybody's toes.
