It would be very much the same as a taxation sytem that we currently have but with my system it would put more money into the system funded by the payments from the contributions of the insurance, it wouldn't be privateised with fat cats taking money out either, it would be run and managed by the government and the NHS on a non proffit basis. It would put more money into the health service to pay the doctors and equipe hospitals with what they need without using as much from taxation. I think I have hit on a winner here.

So a non-profit scheme run by the government to fund the NHS out of compulsory insurance premiums is good.

But a non-profit scheme run by the government to fund the NHS out of compulsory taxation is bad.
