an RGI woldn't ask such a question. He might not also have the necessary equipment to carry out such a task! Be safe fella, get a RGI to service the boiler he will correctly set the burner at the required setting depending on the size of system. There are certain safety issues that have to be addressed when adjusting that, beyond the users knowledge and remit.
