Three port valve help

Honeywell dial room stat

Blue and brown are transposed, they need swapping.
Room stat 2 is neutral - some stats are relay operated so have to be right.
What bout cyl stat connections?

I agree with Mick they need swapping but you really need to sort out the phasing colours ( brown = line / blue = neutral / black = S/L etc
Anyway back to the functionality of things

Referring to Micks post further above, as he said, number 2 on the stat connects to neutral
