tile adhesive advice for ensuite

hi

After some advice on tile adhesive for an ensuite I'm finishing.

Wall
800mm shower enclosure with aquapanel
Ceramic tiles 600x300, 11mm thick

Floor
Substrate 12mm WBP ply
Porcelain tiles 150x900, 9.4mm thick

I'm figuring a powdered adhesive is better (rather than pre mixed) and I'm probably better with a longer setting time.

Advice appreciated on adhesive to go for and perhaps where to buy. (DIY).
