got to ask, why would you need to seal a porcelain tile?
glazed porcelain obviously won't need sealing but polished porcelain comes in many different qualities of finish from raw to factory finished to a high standard. The common test was always red wine or a marker pen, apply leave ten minutes and wipe off if it stains then the tiles need sealing.
Especially important with the modern trend for matt polished tiles.

Agree some polished porcelain tiles do, esp the lower end ones the sheds sell.
