Tile-to-carpet join. Concrete under

I've just had tiles laid in the dining and kitchen rooms. The conjoining rooms are carpeted and the tiler didn't provide any sort of strip to cover the join between the carpet and the tiles. They just butt up against each other. Eventually the carpet's going to start to lift.

What can I use to cover the join? The floor underneath is concrete, so nailing or screwing something down won't be easy.

he wouldnt, not his job.

you want a carpet threshold "thing"

just checked, they are really called carpet threshold
