Tiling a new walk in shower enclosure

Prob been covered a million times before so apologies for this!

We are installing a new walk in shower cubicle. The plinth that the shower tray sits on is built and fixed down. Is the enclosure fitted next and then the area inside the enclosure tiled up to where its fixed to the walls??

Enclosures are usually fixed to the tile ie. on top of the tile.

Perhaps your idea of a "walk in shower cubicle" and mine are different.
Why not copy and paste a pic from a catalog or sketch what you are proposing and scan it to here?
